Cinnamon

Cinnamon bark relieves diarrhea and nausea, counteracts congestion and helps bring circulation to the feet and hands. Cinnamon helps metabolize fats, fight fungal infections, digestive problems, diabetes, yeast infection and uterine hemorrhaging. It may also assist with weight loss.

Sprinkle on your food and drinks.

Caution: Do not use large amounts while pregnant.
